Target Excellence
The HSSE Culture program ‘Target Excellence’ aims to achieve our ambition of ‘no harm, no defects, no leaks,’ by safeguarding the health, safety, and security of all personnel involved in our global activities, minimizing the environmental impact of our operations and consistently delivering high-quality work to reduce harm to both personnel and the environment.
Life Day
Every year we do a companywide safety stand down campaign that we refer to as “Life Day”.
For “Life Day” we bring together the entire company allowing employees, including clients and contractors, to focus solely on safety, security, health and the protection of life. Life Day is an important part of building our culture under the ‘Target Excellence’ program. Nearly 10,000 people participated in the first event back in 2014 and we design the theme of each Life Day to be relevant in view of our performance and continuous improvement plan. This annual event continues to foster a sense of pride and belonging, while further embedding our commitment to our core value of ‘CARE’.
Relevant and effective HSSE (Health Safety, Security, and Environment) workplace controls and procedures are in place to ensure a safe working environment. These are continuously monitored for effectiveness and enhanced where necessary. Our HSSE plans cover the full spectrum of the Company’s activities, from onshore offices to construction yards and offshore production facilities worldwide.”
