Bankers, Investors & Analysts visit FPSO ONE GUYANA in Singapore

The FPSO ONE GUYANA, during the construction phase at the Seatrium yard, Singapore, took center stage during a series of high-profile visits from key SBM Offshore visitors and stakeholders in mid-June.

Over the course of three days, the ONE GUYANA project and operational readiness teams were proud to show off their project to three different groups with strong collaborative and working relationships with our business: firstly a group of Bankers, Lenders and Insurers; secondly a group of our Investors and Analysts, and finally a group made up of our SBM Offshore Supervisory Board and Executive Management team.

The three days of visits were a huge mark of recognition for the SBM project and operational teams to demonstrate just how we design, construct, and deliver the energy infrastructure of tomorrow to our clients, and gave our visitors the opportunity to get to know the SBM teams working behind the scenes to make all this happen, safely, reliably and responsibly.

The better these visitors know our company, the better we will become at unlocking value in the future.”

The guests truly enjoyed the informative and engaging event, which for the majority was their first time seeing an FPSO firsthand, and they provided us with some insightful questions and valuable feedback.

“I think for all of us the absolute highlight was getting on board the One Guyana. Such an impressive unit and I can see why the management team are so proud of what the SBM team are doing in constructing and operating units like this and the rest of the SBM fleet.”

“Having the chance to climb on board gave us an inside view that was really impressive about the work done, a clear illustration and result of SBM capabilities to mastermind such projects in association with longstanding experienced partners in shipyards and module fabrication.”
