SBM Offshore reach agreement to sell all of its share in Floventis Energy Ltd to Cierco Energy

SBM Offshore has reached an agreement with Cierco Energy to sell all of its shares in Floventis Energy Ltd.  SBM Offshore has acquired valuable knowledge through its partnership to develop the Llyr projects in the UK and the Cademo project in the US and is proud to have contributed to the advancement of these pioneering projects. The company remains optimistic about the vast potential for sustainable growth of the floating wind sector and is concentrating its efforts on larger scale projects.
